Wallace & Tiernan® Gas Feed Systems

Our range of gas feeders include equipment from all-vacuum solution feed systems to a simple direct pressure unit for stand-by and emergency use. Most feature built-in automatic switchover from one unit to another to provide a continuous supply of gas as well as automatic control of the gas feed system.

E10k Gas Chlorinator

The E10k™ chlorinator is a vacuum operated, sonically regulated unit. Direct cylinder mounting puts the vacuum-regulating valve right at the source, reducing gas pressure to a vacuum immediately. It provides for economic low capacity gas feed applications for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment and disinfection as well as industrial process water.

V10k Wall-Mounted Gas-Feed System
Our V10K system is a remote vacuum solution-type feeder. Use it with four of the most common gases for disinfecting and treating municipal and industrial water and wastewater.

V10k Floor-Mounted Gas-Feed System
Where wall space is at a premium, our V10K system can be supplied as a floor standing, cabinet mounted configuration. Supplied in a one-piece GRP construction, colour matched to the gas metering components, the cabinet has provision for rigid floor fixing and/or ballast addition.

V2000 Floor-Mounted Chlorinator
The Series V-2000 floor-mounted chlorinator is available in a variety of configurations with capacities up to 200kg of chlorine per hour.

V2000 Wall-Mounted Chlorinator
The Series V-2000 wall-mounted chlorinator is a more compact V-2000 than the floor-mounted unit with identical reliability and performance. The wall-mounted unit has capacity of up to 60kg of chlorine per hour.

Series 50-200 Evaporator
Series 50-200 Evaporator an electrically heated, immersed-tank heat exchanger to increase the rate of unaided gas withdrawal from multiple containers. Pre-wired at the factory.

Series 60-225 Direct-Feed Ammoniator
This system provides for feeding ammonia gas directly to the point of application without the use of carrier water. It eliminates the need for water softening to reduce scaling that can occur with solution-feed systems.

Carbon Dioxide Buffering System
