Accurate feeding, weighing and preparation of powder and granular materials, for the purpose of making up into solutions or slurries, is often required for water treatment, industrial and domestic waste water treatment, and for food and chemical processing.  We offer an extensive, diversified line of dry chemical feeders and systems that include gravimetric weighbelt feeders, screw and belt type volumetric feeders, Lime slaking systems and dry or liquid polymer preparation systems.

Lime-Slaking Systems
Our unique paste-type lime slaker operates on a 2:1 water-to-lime ratio for more efficient slaking. It produces a more reactive hydrate than conventional slurry-type slakers which operate at a more dilute ratio. This reduces lime usage.

Dry and Liquid Polymer Systems
Our Series Polymer Systems produce a continuous batch of completely activated, fully aged polymer solutions from dry or liquid polymer. Two types of systems are available.

Activated Carbon Dosing Systems
From the JETPAK, the smallest unit using moistened dust-free powdered activated carbon up to higher capacity designs fed from drums, big-bags or silos we can provide a system to suit most applications. All units offered ensure a dustless handling of the activated carbon.
