Direct mA Input Control for Gas Feed Systems and Metering Pumps
The Wallace & Tiernan Products direct mA input positioner is available for remote or simple automatic control of a gas feed system or metering pump. This positioner accepts a 4-20 mA input signal from a remote manual control station, SCADA, or other centralized control system. An integral dosage function provides for dosing an input from a flow transmitter.

SCU Signal-Conditioning Unit
The Wallace & Tiernan Products micro-processor- based SCU (Signal Conditioning Unit) provides automatic flow paced control of feed rate for gas feed systems and metering pumps. The SCU controller is specifically developed for chlorination/dechlorination and chemical feed systems. It is also ideal for remote manual control of a chlorinator or metering pump or it can be used to dose the flow input on a metering pump's SCR variable speed drive

CCU Chemical Changeover Controller
Automatic changeover of chemical supplies, from a duty to a standby supply, is a necessity in many installations which are not under constant supervision and is strongly recommended for all applications where temporary interruption of chemical supply might lead to unwanted complications. The CCU will provide this automatic changeover to ensure continuous chemical supply. The supply of chemical is controlled by a 3-port motorised valve, or by a pair of 2-port motorised valves. A pressure switch, or gauge is used to initiate changeover when the pressure falls to a preset level.

DCU Dosing Changeover Controller
The Wallace & Tiernan DCU Dosing Changeover Unit provides a cost effective method of controlling switchover between dosing systems either manually or automatically initiated as a result of alarm conditions from fault contact inputs from the process.

Today's concerns with the prevention and treatment of septicity are centred around optimising treatment and reducing chemical costs. For this reason Wallace & Tiernan have designed the ChemSept controller. ChemSept is designed to work in conjunction with a variety of chemicals and is supplied as a stand-alone controller or as part of a complete chemical dosing system.
The choice of chemical will depend upon the design of the sewage network and the operational conditions. Chemical injection may take place at the beginning or the end of the network. The chemical selected may be used to treat the septicity once it has been formed or part of the preventative measures.
